冠心病介入治疗术后应用Angio-Seal血管闭合器并发症及舒适度的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨冠心病介入治疗术后使用Angio-eal血管闭合器的并发症及舒适度。方法150例经皮冠脉介入治疗的患者,按术后是否应用Angio-Seal血管闭合器止血,分为常规压迫止血组75例和血管闭合器组75例,观察两组血管并发症的发生率和舒适度。结果血管闭合器组较常规压迫止血组血肿发生率明显减少(P<0.01)。腰背酸痛、失眠、烦躁、尿潴留等症状明显减少,舒适度增加(P<0.05)。结论冠心病介入治疗术后使用Angio-Seal血管闭合器安全有效,能明显减少血肿等的发生率,提高舒适度。Objective： To study the comfortability and complications of percutaneous Angio-Sealer in patients with coronary heart diseases after percutaneous coronary intervention.Methods： In 150 patients undergoing PCI,Angio-Sealer was applied to 75 patients and the rest received conventional hemostasis by compression.The complication incidence rate and comfortability were compared between two groups.Results： Compared with compression group,the incidence of hematoma.In Angio-Sealer group was significantly decreased（P〈0.01.he incidence of complaints such as soreness of back.Insomnia restlessness.Urinary retention.Were obviously decreased.Conclusion： the application of Angio-Sealer following PCI issafe and effective.Angio-Sealer helps to decrease incidence of hematoma and increase comfortability.
