家庭环境对医学生人际关系的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨家庭环境因素对医学生人际敏感度的影响,为医学院校的学生工作提供参考。方法采取整群抽样法,用家庭环境量表中文版(FES-CV)、90项症状清单(SCL-90)中的人际关系敏感因子对苏州大学医学院基础医学系的05级、06级的627名医学生进行调查,并与FES-CV全国常模进行比较分析。结果家庭环境因子的性别比较,情感表达、矛盾性方面女生均高于男生(P<0.01);独立性、成功性、组织性方面女生均低于男生(P<0.01);其他因子均无显著差异。人际关系敏感方面男女生无显著差异。不同学年比较家庭环境各因子以及人际关系敏感之间均无显著差异。研究对象整体与常模比较,家庭环境各因子除情感表达与常模之间无显著的差异外,亲密度、矛盾性高于常模;独立性、成功性、文化性、娱乐性、道德性宗教观、组织性、控制性均低于常模(P<0.01)。人际关系敏感高于常模。人际关系敏感与家庭环境各因子的Partial相关分析,情感表达和娱乐性与人际关系敏感之间均存在负相关,成功性对人际关系敏感呈正相关,其余因子与人际关系敏感之间相关无明显差异。结论家庭环境对医学生的影响有别于其他群体,并且对医学生的人际关系敏感有重要影响。情感表达、娱乐性对人际关系敏感有反作用,成功性对人际关系敏感有促进作用。有必要有针对性的开展医学生心理辅导。Objective To explore the effects of family environments on interpersonal sensitivity of medical students Methods A total of 627 medical students of Soochow University were investigated by the Family Environments-Chinese Version （FES-CV） and one factor for Symptom Checklist 90 （SCL-90）. Results Based on sex, the female students reported higher level than the male in expressiveness and conflict, and lower level in independence, achievement, and organization, but there were no significant differences in other factors. There were no differences between the different grades in family environments and interpersonal sensitivity. Compared with the normal, there was no difference in expressiveness, but the rest was low, and interpersonal sensitivity was high. Expressiveness and active recreational orientation had negative effect on interpersonal sensitivity, but achievement orientation had positive effect on it, and the others did not influence it, and so do the sex and the grades. Conclusions The family environments have an important influence on interpersonal sensitivity in medical students, which are different from the normal. Expressiveness and active recreational orientation have negative effect on interpersonal sensitivity, but achievement orientation has positive effect on it. It is necessary to give special psychosocial tutorship in medical students.
