灾后心理援助非政府组织的协调分析

摘　　要：心理援助,既是汶川大地震后抗震救灾工作的重要组成部分,也是灾后重建的重要条件。非政府组织是灾后心理援助工作的重要力量,但非政府组织在此次抗震救灾中严重缺乏协调。科学有效地开展灾区心理援助工作,非政府组织的协调十分重要。对非政府组织的协调问题提出了灾后政府要致力于建立心理援助的转介和分工制度、各组织之间分工合作、人力资源的组织与协调、组织有效的可持续的培训活动等建议。After Wenehuan earthquake, psychological assistance is not only an important part of the earthquake relief, but also a vital condition of post - disaster reconstruction. Non - governmental organizations are an important work force in post - disaster psychological assistance, but the non - governmental organizations have lots of problems when they organize psychological assistance for lack of coordination. Non - governmental organization coordination is very important for carrying out the disaster psychological assistance scientifically and effectively. As to the coordination of non -governmental organizations, the post - disaster government should commit to the establishment of psychological assistance to the referral system and division of labor, division of labor among organizations, organization and coordination of hmnan resources, to organize effective and sustainable training activities.
