摘  要:选取具有不同早衰特性的超级杂交稻组合两优培九、Y两优1号和培两优E32为供试材料,借助14C同位素示踪技术对其不同生育期剑叶14C同化物分配及转化进行了研究。结果表明:随着生育期的推进,剑叶(源)同化物向穗中(库)的转运比例逐渐增加,在供试组合中以两优培九分配效率最高,Y两优1号次之,培两优E32最低;剑叶14C-同化物在供试组合中的转运能力也有类似的趋势,在3个超级杂交稻组合中,以两优培九"源、库、流"的协调性最好,Y两优1号次之,培两优E32最差。^14C Isotope labelling technique was used to investigate the distribution and transportation of flag leaf ^14C-assimilates in super hybrid rice with different senescent characteristics of "Liangyoupeijiu", "Y Liangyou 1 " and "Peiliangyou E32" at different growth stages. The resuh showed that the distribution percentage of assimilates (source) from flag leaf into spike (sink) become larger as the growth stages go on later. The transportation efficiency of "Liangyoupeijiu" was the highest among the three combinations, that of "Y Liangyou 1 " was the second and that of "Peiliangyon E32" was the lowest, and there was the same trend of the transport capability of flag leaf assimilates. The assistance relationship of "source, sink, flow" in "Liangyoupeijiu" was the best among the three combinations.
