摘  要:针对直升机上机匣的复杂结构和其受力特点,以及加工制造中存在的问题,对此类锻件所使用的材料和加工工艺做了对比分析,建议此类锻件采用等温成形加工。确定了等温成形加工方案,设计出了所使用的模具。通过实际应用,证明该方案行之有效。In view of the complex structure of helicopter engine case and its stress characteristic, as well as the problem in the manufacturing process, the material used and the process for this kind of forging were analyzed by contrast method. This kind of forging suited for the isothermal forging process was suggested. The isothermal forging process plan was scheduled and the mold to be used was designed. Through the practical application, this plan is proved to be effective.
