摘  要:采用有限元数值模拟和试验验证的手段对三旋轮杯形薄壁梯形内齿轮旋压过程进行了研究,讨论了齿形角、减薄率、进给比、旋轮圆角半径等工艺参数对杯形薄壁梯形内齿旋压成形质量的影响。结果表明,在旋压成形过程中,金属的流动与齿廓侧面的倾斜程度有关;梯形齿各截面壁厚分布较矩形齿均匀。随着减薄率、进给比及旋轮圆角半径的增加,工件轮齿部分的相对齿高也随之增加。The cup-shaped thin-walled trapezoidal inner gear spinning technology with three rollers was studied based on numerical simulation and experimental investigation. The influence of main forming parameters on the forming quality of the spun parts was discussed, such as tooth profile angle, thickness reduction, feed rate and round radii of rollers. The result shows that during trapezoidal inner gear spinning, the metal flow is related to the incline degree of the tooth profile lateral surface. The distribution of the cross-section thickness of the trapezoidal inner gear is more uniform than that of the rectangle one. With increasing the thickness reduction, feed rate and roundness radii of rollers, the relative tooth height increases.
