摘  要:电磁胀环是研究高速率成形变形规律的重要实验手段之一。圆环上的磁压力分布对变形模式及分布有重要影响,本文设计两种电磁胀环方案,用有限元方法模拟分析磁压力及变形分布。结果表明,自由电磁胀环下磁压力沿轴向和径向分布不均,导致变形分布不均匀;而改用在环件两端加同材质套管的胀形后,圆环上磁压力沿径向分布均匀,轴向很小可忽略,变形分布也趋于均匀,便于变形测量及理论分析,研究高速变形规律更为有效。In order to investigate the effect of process parameters on hydroforming of 3A21 aluminum alloy, the internal pressure loading path of hydroforming automobile front transom with profiled cross-section was studied experimentally in this paper. The formed appearance and distribution of wall thickness of two kinds of loading path were analyzed and compared. Through this investigation, it is revealed that bilinear loading path is much superior than linear loading path in formed appearance, distribution of wall thickness and can prevent defect. The thinnest thickness zone of this kind of item appears in the arc transition zone and it is easiy to have bursting defect. It is known that thickness of the zone is decreased by 12% even in the bilinear loading path.
