摘 要:对一种水管的波纹形凸肩进行了工艺分析,凸肩间距很近,普通成形困难,针对其特点设计了胀口成形模具;模具采用六瓣式凸模结构,两半式夹模结构,利用斜楔内胀成形的方法,内撑成形管子凸肩;成形工艺采用分步成形的方法,分两步逐步成形,保证了模具的使用和管子的成形质量;同时,通过对管端成形机的自动化改造,实现了自动控制,降低了机器磨损,并提高了生产率。The technique of one kind of water tube's sinuate protuberant shoulders was analyzed, The clearance of protuberant shoulders was small, and the common forming measure was not suitable for it. So the end expanding die was designed considering the forming characteristic and the punch configuration of six pieces and nip-die configuration of two pieces were used. The tilted-wedge internal expanding measure was presented. The tube's protuberant shoulder was formed using step-forming technique. The tube forming quality was guaranteed by two steps forming. The high productivity, the decrease of machine abrasion and the automation were realized by automation-transferring the tube end-forming machine.
