摘  要:125 MN挤压机原有系统控制方式落后、自动化程度低、响应速度慢、可靠性低。将原有控制系统结构改造成基于PROFIBUS-DP的现场总线控制系统。根据控制系统规模,PROFIBUS-DP网络采用单主站系统、主站-从站结构。DP从站的配置有分布式I/O和智能DP从站两种实现方式,综合考虑成本和实际功能需求,选用智能DP从站方式。通过在PLC和WinCC中编程,实现了网络通信的状态监控。实践表明,在满足通信实时快速性的同时,所配置的控制网络经济、稳定、可靠。The original system of a 125 MN extruder was of backward control mode, low automation level, slow response speed and low reliability. The original control system structure was changed into fieldbus control system (FCS) based on PROFIBUS-DP. According to control system scale, single master station system and master station-slave station structure were applied in PROFIBUS-DP network. Configuration of DP slave station had two realization modes: distribute I/O and intelligent DP. Synthetically considering cost and practical function demands, intelligent DP slave station mode was chosen. State monitor of network communication was realized through programming on PLC and WinCC. Practice indicates that the control network configured is stable, reliable and economical, which can meet the request of reabtime communication.
