摘　　要：智能失水仪实现了动态模拟井下钻井液或完井液的漏失情况,并完成对该液体失水性能的评价。介绍了仪器的工作原理、结构、以及以高性能单片机ADUC812为基础的系统的硬、软件设计;并详细介绍了温度控制的实现方法以及人机交互界面等。Intelligent instrument of leak stopping simulating is used to dynamicly simulate the enviroument of well, and perform evaluating the effect of the drilling fluid. This paper presents the principle and the structure of the instrument,introduces the hardware and software design of the system which is based on the MCU of ADUC812,and then gives the method of temperature control,the interface for the communicating between the operator and the PC, and so on.
