摘  要:设计用于酒精生产控制的DCS系统,以实现酒精生产的自动化控制。该文介绍了酒精生产概况和系统配置以及DCS系统功能。同时,对酒精生产过程的控制方案作了详细阐述,就酒精生产过程中的控制难点进行了详细的举例说明。该控制方案成功运用于缅甸3万吨酒精生产线,达到良好的节能效果,同时减少了劳动强度,降低了故障率,使产品质量得到普遍提升。The design is used to alcohol DCS system which controlled alcohol producing. Alcohol production and system disposition as well as DCS system function were introduced. At the same time,the controlling scheme on the alcohol production case was detailed described,the control difficulty in the ethyl alcohol production case has been carfled on illustrating with examples of detailed. The scheme successfully uses in 30000 tons of ethyl alcohol production lines in the Myanmar,and could save energy effectively,reduce labour intensity at the same time,and reduced the fault rate,and makes the product quality get universally promoting.
