足三里贴膏促进腹部术后胃肠动力的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨足三里贴膏对腹部术后胃肠动力的影响。方法30例胃溃疡患者,行胃大部切除术;50例胆结石患者,行胆囊切除术;60例单纯性阑尾炎患者,行阑尾切除术。胃大部切除术患者随机分组为空白对照组、敷贴组(足三里贴膏组);胆囊切除术和阑尾切除术患者均随机分为空白组、敷贴组(足三里贴膏组)、西药组(吗丁啉组)。空白对照组术后常规治疗;敷贴组和西药组术后除常规治疗外,敷贴组用足三里贴膏敷贴于足三里,西药组吗丁啉口服。3种手术患者各自进行治疗组和空白组的比较。临床观察患者术后肠鸣音恢复时间,首次肛门排气及排便时间。结果3种手术患者术后胃肠功能恢复情况,敷贴组和西药组与空白对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),敷贴组和西药组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论足三里贴膏促进术后胃肠动力疗效确切,可以明显改善患者的临床症状,促进术后胃肠功能恢复。Objective To evaluate the effect of strapping of Zusanli improving gastrointestinal motility of postoperation of abdomen. Methods 30 cases with gastrohelcoma received subtotal gastrectomy were divided into control group and application group （group）. 50 cases with gallstone received cholecystectomy and 60 cases with appendicitis received appendectomy were randomly divided into control group, application group （strapping of Zusanli group） and western medicine group （Domperidone group）. Control group received routine therapy postoperation. Application group received combination of strapping of Zusanli and routine therapy. Western medicine group received combination of Domperidone and routine therapy. Patients in three types of operation were independently compared between control group and treatment group. Coincidnece time of borborygmus, time of passage of gas by anus and defecation were measured postoperation. Results There was obvious difference between application group, western medicine group and control group on functional recovery of stomach intestine （ P 〈 0.05）. There was no difference between application group and western medicine group on functional recovery of stomach intestine （ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Strapping of Zusanli has obvious effect on gastrointestinal motility of postoperation. And it can improve clinical symptoms and functional recovery of stomach intestine.
