摘　　要：介绍了NHD脱碳液净化除杂的基本原理及其在工业运用中的操作流程和配料原则。通过实际运用,该技术不改变NHD脱碳溶液成分,不影响溶液使用性能,固体杂质去除率达90%以上,溶剂的损失率低于0.1%,有效解决了NHD脱碳液被污染后对生产的影响,并取得了一定的经济效益。An outline is given of the basic principles of the purification of the NHD CO2-removing solution with impurity removal and the operation flow and formulation principle in its industrial use. Through actual use, this technology does not alter the composition of the NHD solution and does not affect the character of service of the solution, over 90% of the solid impurities are removed, the loss of the solution is below 0.1%, the effect on production by the contaminated solution is effectively eliminated, and a definite economic benefit is obtained.
