膝痛消熏洗结合手法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察膝痛消熏洗结合手法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法将70例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为2组。治疗组35例予膝痛消熏洗(每日1次,每次30 min,每周5次)配合手法治疗(每日1次,每次30 min,每周5次),对照组35例予单纯手法治疗。2组均连续治疗6周。治疗6周后评定2组治疗前后疼痛、活动范围、步行能力评分变化情况。结果治疗组治疗后疼痛、活动范围、步行能力评分均明显改善,与本组治疗前及对照组治疗后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论膝痛消熏洗配合手法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎,能够减轻疼痛,增加活动范围,改善步行能力,提高生活质量。Objective To observe the clinical effects of Chinese herbal fumigation ＂Yitongxiao＂ combined with massotherapy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Method 70 cases with knee osteoarthritis were divided into two groups. The patients in control group （ n = 35） were treated only by routine therapy for 30 minutes. The patients in treatment group （ n = 35） were treated by Chinese herbal fumigation ＂Xitongxiao＂ for 30 minutes after accepting routine treatment for 30 minutes, 5 times a week. The course was 6 weeks in both groups. The scale of knee joint＇s function including pain, active scope and the ability of walking were evaluated pre - treatment and post - treatment in two groups. Results Mter 6 weeks treatment, the scale of knee joint＇ s function in treatment group was more higher than that pre - treatment （ P 〈 0.05 , P 〈 0.01 ）. The scale of knee joint＇ s function in treatment group was higher than that in control group after treatment （ P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Chinese herbal fumigation ＂Xitongxiao＂ combined with massotherapy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis can alleviate the patient＇s suffering, increase activity range, improve the ability of walking and make further improvement on the quality of the patients＇ life.
