通心络胶囊治疗慢性稳定性心绞痛的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察通心络胶囊治疗慢性稳定性心绞痛的临床疗效。方法将106例患者随机分为2组。对照组50例采用西药常规治疗,治疗组56例在西药常规治疗基础上加用通心络胶囊3粒,每日3次口服。2组均4周为1个疗程,1个疗程后观察2组中医证候疗效、心绞痛疗效、心电图疗效及硝酸甘油停减率。结果治疗组中医证候疗效总有效率、心绞痛疗效总有效率及心电图疗效总有效率分别为92.86%、89.28%和51.79%,对照组分别为60.00%、54.00%、30.00%。2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组硝酸甘油停减率83.93%,对照组为54.00%,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通心络胶囊治疗慢性稳定性心绞痛疗效确切。Objective To observe the clinical effects of chronic stable angina treated by Tongxinluo capsule. Methods 106 patients with chronic stable angina were randomly divided into two groups. The control group （50 patients） was dealing with the routine therapy of west medicines, while the treatment group （56 patients） was treated with the Tongxinluo capsule besides the therapy mentioned above. The 56 patients took Tongxinluo capsule three pills once and three times a day. Mter 4 weeks, there should be comparisons between the two groups, namely, the improvement of TCM syndromes, the angina effects, ECG effects and discontinue rate of nitroglycerin. Results The total effective rates of TCM syndromes, the angina effects and ECG effects and discontinue rate of nitroglycerin in the treatment group （92.86%, 89.28% , 51. 79% and 83.93%） were superior to those in control group （60.00%, 54.00%, 30.00%, 54.00%, P 〈 0.05）. Condusion Tongxinluo capsule has definite effect on chronic stable angina.
