摘  要:目的探讨非甾体类抗炎药物吲哚美辛(IN)对荷瘤小鼠Lewis肺癌生长的抑制效果。方法荷Lewis肺癌小鼠肿瘤接种后肿瘤长至1.0cm左右,分为生理盐水对照组、单用IN组、单用放疗组、化疗组及化疗加IN组、放疗加IN组,治疗结束后以抑瘤率、放免法测定TNF-α含量及肿瘤病理等指标进行疗效评价。结果放疗、化疗加IN联合治疗组较单纯放、化疗组及单用IN组的抑瘤率高;放疗、化疗加IN治疗组的TNF-α含量明显高于其他单一治疗组血清中TNF-α的含量;病理观察到各组肿瘤细胞均有坏死,IN与放、化疗联合治疗组尤为明显。结论IN对肺癌有治疗作用,与放疗、化疗同时应用治疗效果更明显,具有抗肿瘤增敏剂的作用。Objective To investigate the inhibitory effect of indomethacin (IN), one of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID),in mice bearing lewis lung cancer. Methods The mice bearing Lewis lung cancer were randomly divided into 6 groups:normal saline group, IN group, radiotherapy group, chemotherapy group, IN+radiotherapy group, and IN+ chemotherapy group. The therapeutic effects were evaluated by tumor growth inhibition rate, TNF-α level, and pathological findings. Results The tumor growth inhibition rate and TNF-α level in IN+radiotherapy and IN+ chemotherapy groups were significantly higher than those in IN, radiotherapy, and chemotherapy groups. Necrosis of tumor cells was found in each group, and it was remarkable in IN+radiotherapy and IN+ chemotherapy groups. Conclusion IN has synergistic effect to mdiotheraphy and chemotherapy in the treatment of Lewis lung cancer.
