摘　　要：目的探讨钙激活蛋白(Cap43)在镍接触肺腺癌患者和矽肺患者血清中的表达情况及其表达与镍接触之间的关系。方法采用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测5例镍接触肺腺癌患者血清、20例镍接触矽肺患者血清、23例镍接触工人血清、10例正常人群血清中Cap43的表达。结果血清中Cap43的表达情况:镍接触工人肺腺癌组(n=5)为(1.988±0.048)ng/ml;镍接触矽肺患者组(n=20)为(0.886±0.391)ng/ml;镍接触工人组(n=23)为(0.580±0.119)ng/ml;正常人群对照组(n=10)为(0.260±0.086)ng/ml。结论Cap43表达量随正常人群组→镍接触工人组→镍接触矽肺组→镍接触肺腺癌组走势呈上升趋势,且各组之间Cap43表达差异均有统计学意义。Objective To explore the expression of Cap43 in the serum of nickel-exposed workers with lung cancer and silicosis and its relationship with nickel exposure. Methods Double-antibody sandwieh ELISA was used to detect the expression of Cap43 in the serum of 5 nickel-exposed patients with lung adenocarcinoma, 20 nickel-exposed patients with silicosis, 23 nickel-exposed workers, and 10 normal control subjects. Results The expression levels of Cap43 in the serum of nickel-exposed patients with lung adenocareinoma, nickel-exposed patients with silicosis,niekel-exposed workers,and normal control subjects were （1.988±0.048）, （0.886±0.391）, （0.580±0.119）,and （0.260±0.086） ng/ml, respectively. Conclusion The expression of Cap43 increases from normal control subjects to nickel-exposed workers to nickelexposed patients with silicosis to nickel-exposed patients with lung adenocareinoma.
