摘 要:双蹬(又称双推)技术是当今速度轮滑中的先进技术,与传统技术相比它能使运动员获得两次蹬地加速、增加动力性工作、减少速度波动,进而提高全程速度。双蹬技术由特殊收蹬技术与普通侧蹬技术构成,其技术关键环节在于浮腿着地、滑行中的双支撑、上体摆动、几个关键的关节角度及重心移动5方面,正确掌握和运用上述技术要领是提高运动水平、突破运动成绩的有效手段。双蹬技术优越性巨大,上体摆动较大的特点使其更适合长距离、超长距离和马拉松比赛,建议在长距离速度轮滑项目中尽快普及此项技术。Donble-push skill is the advanced technology of speed in-line skate. Compared with traditional technology, it enable athletes receive two tread accelerate,increase the dynamie of the work,reduce speed fluctuations,And improve the entire process' specd.The double-push skill is made of special furlpush technical and general push to the one side technical. The key technical is the no landing leg land, double support in skate, upper body swing, Several key Joint angle and mobile focus. Correct use and application of this technology tips is the effective means to raise the level. Though double push technique has tremendous advantages, upper body swing larger to make doable-push technique more suitable for long-distance features, ultra-long-distance races and marathon.The author suggests populating the technique in the long-distance speed in-line skate as soon as possible.
