强恢复系盐恢559的选育与应用

摘　　要：盐恢５５９是用常规杂交经低世代测恢鉴定筛选育成的籼型三系强恢复系。表现杂种优势强，恢复度高，抗逆性好，制种产量高，与三系不育系已配制出系列杂交稻新组合。讨论了强恢复系的选育方法。Yanhui 559, developed from the cross of both strong restorer lines Teqing (indica, as female parent) and Minghui 75 (indica with japonica genetic background, as male parent), is a new indica restorer line. It is characteristic of strong heterosis in its hybrids, wide restoration spectrum and high restorability, good pest and stress resistance, heavy pollen load and high yield in its seed production. The combination Teyou 559, i.e., Longtepu A×Yanhui 559, has been released to farmers, and several other hybrids of it such as Zhenshan 97A×Yanhui 559, Xieqingzao A×Yanhui 559 and Xingxiang A×Yanhui 559 are also under various trials and show high-yielding ability. The new selection method 'hybridization of intersubsubspecific restorer lines and testcossing and identification in low generations' which has been used in the breeding of Yanhui 559 is also discussed.
