摘　　要：科学发展观深刻地揭示了社会发展与人的全面发展的辩证关系;科学发展观教育是促进大学生个体发展与社会和谐发展的重要途径;要以改革创新精神不断推进科学发展观教育工作,增强科学发展观教育的实效性,努力促进大学生个体发展与社会发展的和谐统一。The concept of scientific development reveals the dialectical relationship between the social development and the all-round development of human beings. Education on scientific development concept is an important way to promote college students＇ individual and social harmonious development. We should continuously push forward the education on the scientific development concept by the spirits of reform and innovation, enhance its effectiveness and promote college students＇ individual and social harmonious development.
