摘　　要：目的：探讨CT导引下联合注射胶原酶及臭氧（O3）治疗腰椎间盘突出症（LDH）术后疼痛的预防及处理方法。方法：在CT导引下对136例LDH患者采用盘内注射O3以及突出物内和/或周边注射胶原酶来治疗LDH。观察出现术后疼痛的例数及程度,并给予相应的治疗。结果：术后136例随访3～6个月,有17例出现术后疼痛,给予相应的治疗后疼痛明显缓解或消失。结论：规范操作以及对于术后疼痛早期预防、及早发现、尽早治疗,对于减少和减轻术后疼痛,提高胶原酶及O3联合注射治疗的疗效有重要作用。Objective：To discuss the prevention and disposal method of pain after treatment of lumbar disc herniation（LDH）with CT guiding combined injection of ozone（O3）and collagenase.Methods：One hundred and thirty-six cases with LDH were treated by CT-guided disc O3 injection,as well as prominent or peripheral collagenase injection.The number and degree of pain following treatment were observed and corresponding treatments were delivered.Results：After the operation,all patients were followed up from 3 to 6 months,17 cases showed pain which was obviously relieved or disappeared after corresponding treatments.Conclusion：Regulating treating procedures,preventing,discovering and curing the pain early are important in reducing and relieving the pain,and in elevating effect of combined injection of coltagenase and O3.
