摘  要:利用自制的燃烧试验装置研究了高炉喷吹煤粉成分和粒度对燃烧性能的影响,结果表明:煤粉的成分对燃烧性具有较大影响,灰分升高燃尽性变差。挥发分升高燃尽性变好;煤粉的粒度对燃烧性也具有很大影响,粒度越小,燃烧速度越快,虽然粒度〈0.071mm的煤粉燃尽时间最短,但与0.071~0.10mm和0.10~0.20mm粒度级别之间的差别并不是很大,粒度〉0.20mm时燃尽时间明显延长,0.20mm是明显的分界点。The effects of composition and grain size of pulverized coal injection into BF on combustion performance are tested by means of homemade coal combustion measurement instrument. The test result shows that effects of composition of pulverized coal on combustion performance is grand. With the content of ash increasing, burning time of coal increase and burning time of coal become short as the content of volatile increasing. The effect of grain size of coal on combustion performance is large. The smaller the coal grain size is, the quicker the burning speed of pulverized coal will be. Burning time is shortest when coal grain size under 0. 071 ram, But the distinction with coal grain size 0. 071-0.10 mm and 0.10-0.20 mm is small. Burning time is increaed markedly when coal grain size upper 0.20 mm, It is a division at 0.20 mm.
