摘 要:采用超声波法从大豆籽粒中萃取维生素E,以DIKMA公司生产的反相柱作为固定相,以甲醇作为流动相,流速为1.5 mL.min-1,并采用荧光检测器(Ex=295 nm,Em=330 nm)的高效液相色谱技术,测定了我国东北与北美大豆品种(系)中的α-、γ-、δ-生育酚和维生素E(VE)总含量,并进行比较及聚类分析。结果表明:供试144份大豆材料基于α-、γ-、δ-生育酚和维生素E总含量均可聚成高、中、低3类,我国东北大豆维生素E含量明显高于北美大豆,是丰富的大豆维生素E资源,为大豆高维生素E育种提供参考。The vitamin E content in soybean from Northeast China and North America that were harvested in the same place and same year were extracted by the method of uhrasonie wave,and the contents of α-、γ-、δ-toeopherol and total vitamin E were analyzed by HPLC with C18-reverse phase HPLC column as solid phase, and methanol as mobile phase(Flow = 1.5 mL·min^-1 ). The fluorescence detector( Ex = 295nm, Em = 330nm) was used as detector. The results showed that 144 soybean materials based on the contents of α-、γ-、δ-tocopherol and total vitamin E were all classified in to three class of high,middle and low by cluster analysis. The contents of α-、γ-、δ-tocopherol and total vitamin E in soybeans from Northeast China were obviously higher than those from North America.
