摘  要:以亮菌甲素为模板分子、2-乙烯基吡啶为功能单体,在N,N-二甲基甲酰胺和乙腈(60∶40)混合溶剂中合成了一种新型亮菌甲素印迹聚合物。通过聚合物的吸附性能,以及液相色谱的保留行为加以研究。结果表明,聚合物通过氢键形成两类结合位点,对印迹分子具有很好的亲和性和特定的选择性,能够很好地分离亮菌甲素与其结构相似物。合成的新材料不仅可以用于复杂样品中亮菌甲素的富集,也可以作为分离介质用于亮菌甲素的高效液相色谱分离检测。A new type of molecularly imprinted polymer was synthesized with malachite armillarisin A as template molecular, 2-vinylpyridine (2 -VP) as functional monomer, in acetonitrile-N, N-dimethylformide (60: 40) system. The binding characteristics of the ternplatewere evaluated by equilibrium adsorption and HPLC. The results showed that there were two classes of recognized sites in the polymers and the MIP showed specific afinity toward armillarisin A. The results showed that the imprinted polymer had good affinity and marked selectivity for armillarisin A, and can separate armillarisin A with its analogue commendably. The new polymer can be used to the enrichment of armillarisin A in complex sample, and work as separation media to separate and detected armillarisin A by HPLC.
