摘 要:以0.5%NaOH溶液和乙醇混合液(体积比1∶10)作溶剂,超声萃取30m in,萃取液经0.22μm滤膜过滤后,用配置TUV检测器的超高效液相色谱仪于260 nm波长下测定绿萝等7种植物样品中的烟碱和可替宁。结果表明:环境香烟烟雾中的植物样品中均含有可替宁和烟碱,而花鸟市场植物样品均未检出可替宁和烟碱。表明植物长期暴露于环境香烟烟雾中,会对其机体产生危害;可替宁在植物叶中检出,还说明植物机体对烟碱具有代谢作用。The nicotine and cotinine in the leaves of EpiPremnum aureum and other six plants was extracted with the admixture of 0.5% sodium hydroxide and ethanol under ultrasonic for 30 min. The extract was filtered with 0.22 um filter membrane, then the nicotine and cotinine in the leaves of plants were separated and detected by UPLC with TUV at 260nm. The results indicated that : The nicotine and cotinine in the plants of ETS were detected, but the plants in market were not detected. The results indicated that plants could be harmed in ETS , and nicotine could metabolize by plants.
