摘  要:在pH值为9.60的NH4Cl-NH3·H2O的缓冲条件下,强力霉素(DC)能显著增强铕(Ⅲ)位于612nm处的特征荧光。加入修饰的环糊精后,体系的荧光强度进一步显著增强。据此建立了荧光分光光度法测量DC的方法。实验表明,存在修饰的环糊精时,测定DC的线性范围变宽为2.56×10^-7~1.85×10^-5mol·L^-1,检出限为3.80×10^-8mol·L^-1。研究了共存物质的影响,结果令人满意。该方法简便、反应迅速、体系稳定性好、有高的灵敏度和良好的选择性,并具有较宽的线性范围,该方法成功的用于样品中DC的测定。A simple sensitive spectrofluorimetric method was developed for the determination of doxycycline. Ethyl substituted β - cyclodextrin ( DE - β - CD) can remarkably enhance the fluorescence intensity of the DC - Eu^3+ complex at A = 612nm and the enhanced fluorescence intensity of Eu^3+ ion is in proportion to the concentration of DC. Optimum conditions for the determination of DC were also investigated. The linear range and the detection limit of this method for the determination of DC are 2.56 × 10^-7 - 1.85 × 10^-5 mol · L^-1 ,and 3.80 × 10^-5 mol· L^-1 respectively. The recommended method is practical and relatively free interference from coexisting substances and can be successfully applied to determination of DC in samples of serum and urine. The interaction mechanism between the complex DC - Eu^3+ and DE - β - CD has been studied. The enhancement of the fluores- cence at λcm =612nm of Eu^3+ ion is because of the inclusion complex DC - Eu^3+ - DE - β - CD. The developed method can be easily performed and affords good precision and accuracy when applied to real samples.
