摘 要:目的:观察肠功能恢复汤对肠缺血-再灌注损伤大鼠肝、肾和肺功能的影响.方法:SD大鼠45只,随机分为正常对照组,肠缺血-再灌注损伤模型组(模型组),肠功能恢复汤治疗组(治疗组).分别检测各组血清中丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT),天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST),总蛋白(TP),总胆红素(TB),肌酐(Cr)和尿素氮(BUN)含量;测定肺系数、肺组织湿干质量比值(W/D),髓过氧化物酶(MPO)活性和动脉血氧分压(PaO2);取肠系膜静脉血、肠系膜淋巴结、肝、肾及肺组织进行细菌培养,观察细菌移位情况,取肝、肾和肺组织行HE染色光镜观察.结果:治疗组与模型组相比较,血清中ALT,AST,TB,Cr和BUN含量以及肺系数、肺组织W/D,MPO活性、细菌移位率均降低(P<0.05),PaO2升高(P<0.05);TP三组间无差异(P>0.05).治疗组肝、肾和肺组织的病理学损伤程度明显小于模型组.结论:肠功能恢复汤对肠缺血-再灌注损伤大鼠的肝、肾和肺功能具有保护作用.AIM: To investigate the effect of the decoction to help recover intestinal function on hepatic, renal and pulmonary functions of rats with gut ischemia-reperfusion injury. METHODS: Forty-five SD rats were divided into 3 groups randomly: control group, gut ischemia-reperfusion injury group and decoction group. The contents of alanine transaminase (ALT), aspartate transaminase ( AST ) , total protein ( TP ), total bilirubin( TB), creatinine( Cr ) and blood urea nitrogen ( BUN ) in serum, lung coefficient, the lung W/D ratio, the activity of myeloperoxidase(MPO) in lung tissue, PaO2 in each group were detected. We also observed the bacteria translocation and the pathomorphologieal changes of liver, kidney and lung. RESULTS: Compared with gut ischemia-reperfusion injury group, the contents of ALT, AST, TB, Cr and BUN in serum and bacteria transloeation ratio, lung coefficient, the lung W/D ratio, the activity of MPO in lung tissue were lower ( P 〈 0.05 ) , and PaO2 was higher(P 〈 0.05 )in the decoction group. There was no significant difference in TP between 3 groups. The liver, kidney and lung of decoction group were better than those of gut ischemia-reperfusion injury group in pathomorphology. CONCLUSION: The decoction to help recover intestinal function can protect the hepatic, renal and pulmonary functions of rats with gut ischemia-reperfusion injury from damage.
