三水白虎汤对大鼠胶原诱导性关节炎的抑制作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨三水白虎汤(SSBH)对胶原诱导性关节炎模型病理改变的影响.方法:将胶原诱导性关节炎模型大鼠33只随机分为3组,每组11只.分别给予SSBH、来氟米特(LEF)、生理盐水灌胃.在给药前后记录其影像学改变,并进行放射学评分.药物干预43d后处死大鼠,取后肢膝关节、踝关节进行组织学观察,并进行病理学评分.结果:治疗后SS-BH组炎症评分(F=9.941,P=0.000),膝关节(F=5.305,P=0.011)、踝关节(F=3.467,P=0.044)病理积分,膝关节(F=26.700,P=0.000)、踝关节(F=43.644,P=0.000)放射学评分显著低于生理盐水组.X片显示SSBH组(t=10.000,P=0.000)、LEF组(t=11.504,P=0.000)放射学评分较治疗前显著降低,而在生理盐水组则显著加重(t=-2.502,P=0.000).结论:SSBH可以控制胶原诱导性关节炎活动期炎症,并抑制其炎症进程中滑膜增生、骨和软骨的破坏.AIM： To discuss the suppressive effects of san shui bai hu （SSBH） decoction on the pathological changes of collageninduced arthritis （CIA）. METHODS： Arthritis was induced by collagen in female Wistar rats. Thirty-three CIA rats were randomized into 3 groups （ n = 11 ）. SSBH, leflunomide （LEF） and sodium chloride were intragastfically administered respectively. During the treatment the arthritis scores of the rats were observed. Before and after the treatment, the radiological appearances of rat hind limbs were recorded. All knee joints, ankle joints of hind limbs were sampled after 43 d. Immunohistoehemical observation was preformed and pathological scores of knee and ankle joints were recorded. RESULTS ： After the treatment, the clinical score in SSBH group （F =9. 941, P =0. 000） , the pathological score of knee joints （ F = 5. 305, P = 0.011 ） and ankle joints （ F = 3. 467, P = 0. 044 ） , the radiological index of knee joints （ F = 26. 700, P = 0. 000 ） and ankle joints （ F = 43. 644, P = 0. 000） were all significantly improved compared with controls. The radiological index of SSBH group （ t = 10. 000, P = 0. 000） and LEF group （ t = 11. 504, P = 0. 000） was decreased significantly, while in the control group it was higher than before （ t = - 2.502, P = 0. 000）. CONCLUSION： Acute inflammation of CIA can be relieved by SSBH. Furthermore, synovium hyperplasia, osteoelasia of cartilages and bones during the disease procession can also be inhibited.
