摘 要:设计了一种基于LPC2138微处理器控制模块开关稳压电源,介绍了DC-DC主回路拓朴模块、渐频调节电路、稳压电路、电流取样电路、电流保护电路的构成和特征及参数计算,并进行了系统测试与分析。结果表明,该开关稳压电源效率高达88%、电压高速率0.06%、负载高速率0.17%、电路故障后具有自恢复功能,具有实用性和可操作性,并可供从事开关电源设计、开发、生产、调试借鉴。A switching voltage stablizing power supply is designed in this paper. The control circuit was based on microprocessor LPC2138, and boost chopping transform was used in main circuit. The stablizing voltage control was based on pulse width modulate chip TL494, and the PI regulator was used to stabilize output voltage. In order to make the equipment work safely, output current was sampled and amplified, and then this signal was sent into single-chip processor. In this design, efficiency is intreased to 88% ; voltage regulation rate and load regulation rate were 0.06% and 0.17% respectively. When breakdown happened, this system has self-recovery function. Output voltage can be set by keys, and output signals can be displayed by LCD.
