摘  要:目的探讨黄精多糖对实验性阿尔采末病小鼠脑组织端粒酶活性的影响。方法24只App转基因小鼠随机分为对照组、黄精多糖治疗组和维生素E治疗组。各组分别予以注射用水、黄精多糖溶液和维生素E溶液1mL灌胃,连续6wk。采用端粒重复扩增-微孔板杂交法检测App转基因小鼠大脑组织端粒酶活性。结果经黄精多糖治疗后,App转基因小鼠大脑组织端粒酶活性显著升高。结论黄精多糖可升高App转基因小鼠大脑组织端粒酶活性,可能具有延缓神经细胞衰老的作用。AIM To investigate the effects of polygonatum polysaccharide on telomerase activity in brain tissue of experimental alzheimers disease (AD) mice. METHODS Twenty-four App transgenic mice were randomized into three groups: the control group, polygonatum polysaccharide treated group and Vitamin E treated group, and were administered with water for injection, polygonatum polysaccharide solution and Vitamin E solution respectively by gavages for six weeks. The telomerase activity in brain tissue App transgenic mice was measured by telomere repeat amplification-microwell plate hybridization method. RESULTS The telomerase activity in brain tissue of the experimental mice was significantly increased after the treatment of polygonatum polysaccharide. CONCLUSION Polygonatum polysaccharide could upregulate the telomerase activity in brain tissue of App transgenic mice, and might have the anti-aging effects on neuron.
