摘 要:利用ISSR分子标记分析了樟树3种化学类型及3个近缘种的亲缘关系和遗传多样性,从40条ISSR引物中筛选到具有多态性的引物15条用于PCR扩增,共扩增出133条DNA带,多态性条带比率为58.65%。供试样品的遗传相似系数变化范围在0.108~0.986之间。对35个样品进行聚类分析结果表明,所选材料在GD(遗传距离)约为0.21处可划分为樟树、油樟、云南樟、猴樟4大类群,在GD约为0.18处可将樟树的几种化学类型明显划分为芳樟、桉樟、脑樟3类,表明樟树种内具有丰富的遗传变异。The genetic diversity and phylogenetic relationship of three chemical types of Cinnamomum Camphora and its three sibling species were analyzed by ISSR. The results showed that a total of 133 loci were detected using 15 primers selected from 40 IS- SR primers, and the polymorphism rate was 58.65 % . Genetic similarity values between samples varied from 0. 108 to 0. 986. According to the results of clustering analysed with the genetic distance among 35 samples, the materials selected can be divided into 4 major groups, C. camphora, C. longepaniculaturn, C. glanduliferum and C. bodinieri, while the GD (genetic distance) is about 0.21. When the GD is about 0.18, the several chemical types of C. camphora can be divided into Linalool, Cineol and Camphor types. This shows that the genetic variance of C. camphora are rich.
