摘　　要：介绍了世界最大COREX炉的开炉和投产实绩,包括开工建设的时间周期、开炉的各项准备工作和顺利达产的全过程。宝钢编制的COREX开工方案覆盖了COREX系统全流程,为COREX成功开炉打下坚实基础。开炉前的主要热负荷功能测试包括布料测试、BLOW OUT测试、气密试验的有效实施,检验了关键设备的性能和控制系统的稳定性。COREX烘炉与开炉点火作业紧密结合在一起,在完成烘干耐材水分的同时完成炉料的装入和最终通氧点火。COREX—3000成功投产后克服了设备运行不稳定的影响,顺利实现稳定生产铁水的目标。An introduction to the startup and full-capacity operation of the world＇ s biggest COREX plant was made, including the construction periods, overall preparation for the startup and the full-capacity operation. The overall COREX startup scheme made by Baosteel covered the entire COREX process, which laid a good foundation for the successful startup. The major thermal load commissioning tests include burden distribution test, BLOW OUT test, initial leakage test, etc. , which proved the stability of some key equipments＇ performance and the control system. The COREX heat-up procedure was directly combined with the startup. The refractory lining＇ s moisture was dried out, the burden was charged in at the same time, and finally oxygen was blown in and the furnace was ignited. After the successful startup, a lot of unstable factors of the equipment were overcome and the COREX-3000 smoothly achieved full-capacity operation.
