摘  要:介绍焦炉加热控制模型的发展现状,分析宝钢一期焦炉加热控制的特点,从完善目标炉温前—反馈模型、建立火落时间前—反馈模型、建立吸力前—反馈模型、修正目标炉温四个方面提出了焦炉加热控制的建模与优化方案和实施方法,并针对温度相关性等影响方案实施的核心问题,逐一对优化方案进行了可行性论证。The development and present situation of coke oven's heating control model are introduced. Baosteel Phase I coke oven' s characteristics were analyzed. A modeling and optimization plan and detailed implementation methods were advanced in four aspects, including optimizing the feedforward model for the target temperature of the coke oven, establishing the feedforward model for the coking end time, establishing the feedforward model for suction and correcting the target temperature of the coke oven. On the basis of some core problems that would affect the plan' s implementation, like the temperature correlativity, the feasibility of the optimization plan was proved one by one.
