摘 要:用PAGE比较了绵羊脑多头蚴细胞系细胞、脑多头蚴原头节细胞及心肌细胞的SOD同工酶酶谱。结果表明,脑多头蚴细胞系细胞与脑多头蚴原头节细胞的SOD同工酶酶谱区带相同,而与心肌细胞的显著不同,说明脑多头蚴细胞系细胞来源于脑多头蚴原头节。这可作为鉴定该细胞系的依据,并为鉴定不同物种来源的细胞提供快速、简便、可靠的检测途径。SOD isoenzyme patterns of cells from Coenurus cerebralis cell line, protoscolices of C cerebralis and sheep heart muscle had been analysed through polycrylamid gel electrophoresis. The results showed that the isoenzyme pattern of C cerebralis cell line was same as that of the protoscolex cells but markedly different from that of the heart muscle cells. It suggested that the C cerebralis cell line cultured in our lab and protoscolex cells are homogeneous. This study had laid a foundation for fast, easy and reliable identification of cells from different species as well as for identifying the cell line of C cerebralis from its origin host.
