月季叶片愈伤组织的诱导

摘　　要：以月季叶片为外植体,研究不同激素配比对月季叶片愈伤组织诱导的影响及愈伤组织诱导的影响因素。结果表明,月季叶片愈伤组织诱导的最佳培养基为MS+2,4-D5.0 mg/L+TDZ0.5 mg/L;此外,叶片幼嫩、大小适中、暗培养条件均有利于愈伤组织的形成。Leaves of Rose hybrida were used as explants. The effects of different hormone concentration on the leaves callus induction and the factors which affected the induction of leaves callus were studied. The results showed that the optimal medium was MS＋2,4-D5.0 mg/L＋TDZ0.5 mg/L. The optimal size, young leaves and culture in dark were good for callus induction.
