摘 要:利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对粘钢加固的钢筋混凝土结构进行分析,关键是模型的建立,如果模型建立不当,就会出现错误结果或出现较大误差.通过对ANSYS在粘钢加固的钢筋混凝土结构分析中的应用研究,结合具体粘钢加固钢筋混凝土梁的特点,从模型建立的方式、材料的本构关系、有限元单元的选择、边界条件的模拟、求解设置、收敛等方面,较为详细地给出了建立有限元模型的方法,并结合工程加固实例介绍了ANSYS在工程中的应用,同时提供了创建钢筋单元的部分命令流.ANSYS计算结果表明,采用数值模拟来研究粘钢加固钢筋混凝土梁,可以获得可靠的结果,也可取得较好的经济效益.在工程实践中可以采用该方法作为辅助设计方法,对结构粘钢加固设计分析具有借鉴意义.Based on analysis of bonded steel strengthening in RC structure with ANSYS, the FE model is essential. If the FE model is not correct, mistakes will be made. In this paper, based on the application study of ANSYS in the analysis of bonded steel strengthening in RC structure combined with the specific characteristics of the steel-bonded RC beam. From method of creation model, material and the structure relationship, the seletion of the FE model and the application of the ANSYS, the boundary condition processing, solution precision, convergence and so on, the auther gave the building method of FE model to the steel-bonded RC beam. The paper introduced the application of using ANSYS with an example about bonded steel strengthening in RC structure, then, gave some programs for creation reinforce elements. The ANSYS analytic results indicated that the reliability and economy of the ANSYS simulation results was well. The methods of ANSYS analysis could be an assistant approach in civil engineerings. Thus it offers some experiences on the design method of bonded steel strengthening technology.
