摘　　要：在调研分析的基础上,提出了厦门市新型农村养老保障制度的框架;并根据青岛市城阳区新型农保制度实行四年来的真实参保率数据,采用生命表和计算机仿真等技术,对厦门市总基金走势进行了预测,以论证新方案的可行性。同时提出了实现新型农村养老保障制度的政策建议。Outlined the framework of a new rural endowment insurance mechanism of Xiamen based on investigation, verified its feasibility by a prediction of the general trends of the total funds of Xiamen, using life table and computer simulation, based on the authentic life insurance data of Yangcheng, Qingdao in the past four years under the practice of the same mechanism, and finally raised proposals for the implementation of the said mechanism.
