维胺酯胶囊与维胺酯乳膏联合治疗寻常痤疮疗效观察

摘　　要：为观察维胺酯胶囊与维胺酯乳膏联合应用对寻常痤疮的治疗效果。选择治疗组口服维胺脂胶囊25mg,每日3次,外用维胺酯乳膏,每日1次,连用6周;对照组口服维生素B620mg,每日3次,外用复方硫磺洗剂,每日2次,连用6周。结果为治疗组的临床疗效明显高于对照组,其总有效率为87.1%,对照组的总有效率为45.5%,差异有显著性意义(p(0.01)。维胺酯胶囊与维胺酯乳膏联合应用是治疗寻常痤疮的一种安全、有效方法。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of viaminate capsules and viaminate cream in acne vulgaris. Methods ： Two hundred and forty - seven patients with acne vulgaris were divided into two groups at random： Treatment group was treated with viaminate capsules （25mg, Tid） and viaminate cream （Qd） ; Control group was treated with vitaminB6（20mg,Tid） and compound sulfur lotion（Bid） . The treatment lasted for 6 weeks. Result： The total effective rate was 87.1% in treatment group , and the total effective rate was 45.5% in control group . The therapeu- tic effect of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group（ p 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Treated with viaminate capsules and viaminate cream were safe and effective on acne vulgaris.
