继代选育和导入外血对猪血液蛋白质多态性基因频率的影响

摘　　要：在甘肃黑猪本品种继代选育群中（Ⅰ系），由于选择与近交的作用，３世代在Ｐａ位点发生了较大的遗传分化，ＰＡａ的固定指数为０．１０９９８，Ｓｈａｎｎｏｎ信息指数为０．５７４６１，比１世代下降了８．１３％，纯合度为０．５３１９。导入杜洛克血液类群中（Ⅱ系），在ＰＡ０、ＴｆＢ位点发生了较大的变异，纯合度０．４７３６。探讨了多态性位点在品种与品系间的交叉问题。オrotein　polymorphisms　at　6　loci　in　blood　were　investegated　with　polyacrylamide　gel　electrophoresis　in　line　Ⅰ　(systematic　breeding　group)　and　line　Ⅱ　(infusion　of　1/4　Duroc　blood)　in　Gansu　Black　Pig.The　results　showed　that　the　fixation　indexes　of　line　Ⅰ　at　PAa　locus　was　0.10988　and　the　shannon　information　index　at　Pa　locus　was　0.57461,indicating　that　there　was　a　big　differentiation　at　Pa　locus　in　generation　3　of　line　Ⅰ,due　to　the　combined　effect　of　inbreding　and　selection.Homogeneity　of　generation　3　in　line　Ⅰ　was　0.5319,and　the　homogeneity　in　line　Ⅱ　was　0.4736.
