摘　　要：目的:探讨Tie2受体在口腔鳞癌组织中的表达规律及其在肿瘤组织发展以及血管生成中的作用。方法:采用免疫组织化学S-P法,检测40例口腔鳞癌组织的微血管密度(microvessel density,MVD)和Tie2的表达,并分析其与临床病理特征的关系。结果:口腔鳞癌组织中MVD和Tie2的表达水平均高于正常对照组,且Tie2的表达水平与MVD呈正相关;Tie2的表达随临床病理分级的增加呈递增的趋势。结论:Tie2可能通过调节口腔鳞癌组织的血管生成参与其发展的过程。Objective： To investigate the expression of Tie2 in human oral squamous cell carcinoma and its role in the regulation of tumor angiogenesis. Methods： S-P immunohistochemical method was used retrospectively to detected the expression of Tie2 in 40 cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma. Results： Higher microvessel density （MVD） and the stronger expression of Tie2 were observed in oral squamous cell carcinoma than in normal tissue （P〈0.05） ; there were positive correlations between Tie2 expression and MVD, Tie2 expression and tumor differentiation （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Tie2 may play a key role in regulating angiogenesis of oral squamous cell carcinoma.
