摘　　要：结合大学生身心发展特点,对如何建构大学生心理互助联盟体系进行研究。大学生心理互助联盟的建构以"三贴近"原则为指导,在充分挖掘心理互助载体基础上,通过优化、整合现有心理健康教育资源,形成了较为完善的心理互助体系,进而达到有效优化大学生心理素质的目的。The paper, combinded with physical and mental development characteristics of college students, creatively puts forward the proposal of ＂Construction of University Students Psychological Mutual Aid System Union＂. The Construction of University Students Psychological Mutual Aid System Union, guided by the ＂three close＂ principle, on the basis of fully exploiting the psychological mutual aid carrier, through the optimization and integration of existing mental health education resources, aims at the formation of better psychological mutual aid system, with the purpose of improving college students psychological quality effectively.
