摘　　要：MRI成像技术由于具有极好的软组织分辨率和无辐射特点,对乳腺检查具有独到的优势,在某些方面弥补了乳腺X线和超声检查的局限性。本文重点讲述乳腺MRI检查的临床适应证、乳腺MRI检查技术的规范、乳腺MR影像学表现描述术语和诊断标准,旨在使乳腺MRI技术在我国开展的更加合理、规范,促进其临床应用和推广。It has been shown that MR imaging of the breast can fill many of the clinical information gaps that are inadequately evaluated by current conventional mammography and sonography due to MRI＇ s inherently high soft - tissue contrast. In order that this technology could expand standardization of imaging protocols and interpretation criteria, standardized vocabulary for describing the morphologic and kinetic characteristics of breast lesions, and clearer definition of clinical indications for breast MR examination were discussed in the paper.
