摘  要:检测变压器油中糠醛含量是判断变压器绝缘纸老化程度的有效方法。比较了检测变压器油中糠醛含量所采用的液相色谱法和分光光度法,其中液相色谱法具有准确度高、重现性好的优点。通过试验得到液相色谱法的检测条件:检测波长265μm或270μm;流动相为甲醇与水的混合液,二者的体积比为1∶1;检测流量0.8 mL/min;萃取剂为甲醇,采用5 mL甲醇萃取5 mL试验用油;萃取时间(1~2)min。采用液相色谱法对江西省235台不同运行年限和不同电压等级的变压器油中糠醛含量进行了检测,发现变压器运行年限越长,油中糠醛含量越大,符合实际运行规律。Detection of furfurol content in transformer oil is an effective method to judge the aging degree of insulated paper in the transformer. Comparing the liquid - phase chromatographic method with the spectrophotometric method used for detecting furfurol content in transformer oil, it is believed that the former has advantages of high accuracy and reproducibility. Through test, the detection conditions for liquid - phase chromatographic method have been obtained as follows: the detection wavelength being 265 μm or 270 μm;the mobile phase being selected as mixture of methanol and water, the volume ratio between them being 1:1 ; the detection flow rate being 0.8 ml./min;the extractant selecting as methanol,5 mL test oil having been extracted hy using 5 mL methanol,extraction time 1--2 rain. By using the liquid - phase chromatographic method, the furfurol content in transformer oil of 235 transformers with different operation years and voltage grades in Jiangxi Province has been detected,discovering that the longer operation year of transformers the large furfurol content in transformer oil,conforming to the regularity of practical operation.
