摘  要:国华绥中发电有限责任公司2×800 MW俄制机组凝汽器自投产以来经常发生泄漏,泄漏主要是由于铜管的设计、生产和安装工艺不良以及海水的强腐蚀性和固液两相流的冲刷腐蚀等原因所致。通过实施电解海水制次氯酸钠杀灭海生物、刷防腐漆和加防护套管保护管口、运行中循环水泵入口加锯末堵漏、凝汽器运行中停半侧查漏及停机时灌水查漏、停机后对凝汽器水室和铜管进行冲洗清扫并通风干燥等措施,凝汽器的泄漏情况得到了明显改善。After putting 2 × 800 MW units manufactured in Russia and equiped in Guohua Suizhou Power Generation Co I.td into service, leakages have frequently occurred on said units. It is believed that the causes leading to leakage are mainly due to problems existing in design, production, and installation process of the condenser tubes, as well as strong corrosiveness of the sea water, and scouring corrosion of solid - liquid two- phase flow, etc.. Through adopting measures, such as electrolysing sea water to prepare sodium hypochlorite for killing marine organisms, brushing anti-corrosion paint or adding protective sleeves for protecting the tube mouthes, ap plying saw dusts into entrance of the circulating water pump in operation for plugging the leakage, shutting down half condenser in operation for inspecting leakages,and filling water during shutdow for inspecting leakages,as well as washing and cleaning the water chamber and copper tubes in the condenser after shutdown,and carring out ventilation for drying etc. ,the leakage situation has been substantially improved.
