凝结水泵加装高压变频器出现的问题及解决方案

摘　　要：高压变频器有着优良的调节性能和显著的节能效果。随着其价格的下降以及质量的提高,被越来越多的发电厂用于凝结水泵的变频改造,但是由于凝结水泵的特殊性,变频改造后出现了一拖二运行方式失电事故状态下无法起动备用泵、变频泵跳闸时除氧器水位失控、异常工况下给水泵密封水差压保护动作等新问题。为此,对改造后出现的问题进行了详细分析,提出了相应的解决方案。The high- voltage frequency converter has exellent regulating performance and obvious energy - saving effect. Along with decreasing its price and enhancing its quality,it has been adopted hy more and more power plant to variable frequency retrofit for con densate pumps, but new problems after retrofit,such as the standby pump can＇t be started up under condition of losing power in operation mode of ＂one driving two＂ ,and the water-- level in deaerator lost control during the time of tripping the pump retrofitted to use variable frequency,and actuation of differential pressure protection for feed - water pump＇s sealing water under abnormal condition etc. ,have occurred. For these,the problems occurred after retrofit have been analysed in detail,and corresponding solving measures being put forward.
