摘 要:电站锅炉"四管"泄漏是影响机组安全运行的主要原因,目前锅炉"四管"泄漏检测的3种方法为传统法、滤波法和声谱分析法,其中声谱法最为常用,但此法灵敏度低,且声音传感器容易损坏。对此,设计了专门的声学谐振腔式声导管,通过试验证实,这种声学谐振腔式声导管可增强泄漏声音,能准确有效地提取泄漏信号,灵敏度较高,并可避免锅炉在正压情况下炉内火焰和热气对传感器的影响,降低了锅炉"四管"泄漏监测系统安装维修成本。Leakages on four kinds of tubes in utility boilers is the main cause affecting safe operation of the power grid. Three methods used at present for monitoring leakage on four kinds of tubes in boilers are:traditional method,filtering method,and audible specturm method. Among them, the audible spectrum method is most commonly used. but this method has low sensitivity,and its sound transducer bing easy to damage. For this, a special acoustic resonator type sound transmission tube has been designed. Through test, it shows that the said tranmission tube can strengthen the leakage signal,and can accurately and effectively collect leakage signal, having higher sensitivity .avoiding the influence of flame and hot gas upon the transducer under positive pressure in the boiler, reducing the maintenance cost for leakage monitoring system regarding four kinds of tubes in boilers.
