摘 要:通过分析预应力作用下太阳能电池板的固有振动,发现重力对侧向悬挂的电池板地面模态试验结果存在影响。重力产生的面内应力增强了电池板的刚度,导致基频升高。同时,重力也会造成侧向悬挂的单块电池板刚体摆动,出现非零频率的刚体模态。采用多点悬挂,并优化悬挂点上支撑力的分配,能够削弱重力对电池板固有振动特性的影响,使得地面的实测结果更接近于无重力作用下的理论计算结果。通过单块电池阵的计算分析,表明多点悬挂技术可以比较有效地减小地面重力影响,可进一步将该技术推广到整翼太阳电池阵的地面模态试验中。Analysis of natural vibration of a pre-stressed solar panel shows that the gravity has significant impact on ground modal test if the panel is hung laterally.Gravity induces planar stresses on the panel and strengthens its stiffness,hence increases the natural frequency.It also results to rigid swing and non-zero-frequency rigid mode.To minimize the impact of gravity on solar panel natural vibration characteristics,multi-point hoisting method and placement optimization of support force at hoisted points were proposed.These methods improve the ground test results to better approximate the theoretical values in gravity-free environment.The research shows that multi-points hoisting technique,effectively minimizing the impact of gravity,can be applied to whole solar arrays modal test on the ground.
