摘 要:本文以一个两阶段MTO供应链系统为背景,研究了当系统面临价格、时间敏感需求,且产品间具有替代性时的供应链价格与交付期决策问题。构建了相关决策模型并对模型的最优性进行了分析。通过数值算例,探讨了市场竞争环境变化对最优决策的影响。这些研究工作为供应链企业在价格、时间敏感市场上竞争提供了有益的理论指导。This paper investigates the problem of pricing and delivery time decisions based on a two-echelon make-to-order (MTO) supply chain when demand is sensitive to both the price and delivery time and products are substitutable. A model is developed and the existence of the optimal solution is analyzed. Through a numerical study, we discuss how the change of market environment would affect the competition results. Our research provides effective theory instructions for supply chain enterprise to compete in both price and lime sensitive markets.
