摘　　要："分子生物学"是一门实验性很强的生物类专业基础课程。我们在实验内容独立设课、实验内容充实更新、课程考核方法等方面进行了改革,取得了较好的教学效果。Molecular biology is an essential course for students of biological subject, which mainly depends on scientific experiments. This article divided the experiments from theoretical system of molecular biology and improved the experimental content and modality of examination. Which is successful and has a good teaching effect.
