摘　　要：高校重点实验室作为国家科技创新体系中从事基础研究、高新技术研究为主的专门场所和开展自主创新研究的重要平台,应发挥其学科、人才、技术、设备等优势,有组织、有针对性、有目标地加强其自主创新能力建设,积极开展原始性创新、集成创新、先进技术的引进、消化、吸收与再创新研究工作,开发具有自主知识产权的关键技术和核心技术,切实将高校重点实验室建成自主创新的源头,为国家、地方经济建设服务。The key laboratories in the institutions of higher learning, as a special place to do basic and high-tech research as well as an important platform to carry out independent and original research, should produce the best possible results in their research fields, human resources, technology and equipment, so as to strengthen their self-renovation ability in a well-organized, well-oriented, well-aimed way. And taking an active part in total original renovation, or integrated renovation, or introducing, digesting and renovating advanced technology, as to develop key technology and core technology, then, the key laboratories of the institutions of higher learning can be built into the source of self-renovation to serve the national and local construction.
